Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy Refund requests must be made in writing to competeacademyma@gmail.com. Full refunds are available if requested seven (14) days before the camp start date, minus a [processing/administrative] fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than [14] days prior to the start of the camp or for no-shows. Camps may be rescheduled or canceled due to low enrollment, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued. Absences and Dismissals: Refunds are not provided for participant dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days
