Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Compete Academy. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund and cancellation policy below. This policy aligns with Massachusetts regulations governing recreational camps for children.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your child's spot. This deposit is applied toward the total camp fee and is non-transferable.
 

2. Cancellation and Refund Schedule​
 

This policy is in accordance with Massachusetts regulations, which allow for a full refund minus reasonable administrative costs if cancellation occurs before the completion of five school days or 5% of the program, whichever comes first.  
 

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 45 days of the effective date of cancellation. 
 

4. Program Cancellation by Camp

If Compete Academy cancels a session, all registered families will receive a full refund. 

5. Absences and Dismissals

Refunds are not provided for participant dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days. 
 

6. Session Transfers

Transfer requests will be honored if space is available and if the request is made at least two weeks prior to the session start date. After this period, transfers are not permitted.
